Terms of Service

Effective date: 21 August 2026. Last updated: 3 September 2026.

1. About Postsie and these Terms

Postsie is a service of UAB Gildium, company code 307192563, VAT LT100018764416, Polocko g. 17-113, LT-01205 Vilnius, Lithuania. These Terms form the agreement between you and UAB Gildium when you create an account or use the service. The Acceptable Use Policy (postsie.com/legal/acceptable-use), Refund and Cancellation Policy (postsie.com/legal/refund-policy), Cookie Policy (postsie.com/legal/cookies), and Data Deletion Instructions (postsie.com/legal/data-deletion) form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Postsie for a business or social account you do not own personally, you confirm that you are authorised to act for its owner.

3. Account security

You must provide accurate account information, complete required email verification, protect your credentials, and notify support promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

4. The service and supported platforms

Postsie works with Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. Support for TikTok accounts is a planned feature and is not yet available. Depending on your plan and the features you use, Postsie provides: account connection; access to account metadata, content, media, and insights; content creation and AI-assisted suggestions; and scheduling and publishing, where the platform makes those functions available. Features may become available progressively, and availability also depends on independent provider access.

Planned features. Comment viewing and management, a unified inbox for viewing and replying to messages across connected accounts, and TikTok account support are planned features that are not yet available. References to them in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Data Deletion Instructions describe how they will work when they become available, and apply only from that time.

You may connect only accounts you are authorised to control. By connecting one, you authorise Postsie to use the provider permissions you select to deliver the requested functions. Postsie requests only the platform permissions needed for the functions you use, and you can disconnect an account at any time in your account settings.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Postsie the limited permission needed to host, process, analyse, adapt for technical delivery, and publish content only at your direction and to operate the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that content and permission.

The Privacy Policy (postsie.com/legal/privacy) explains how personal data is handled while providing these functions.

6. AI-assisted features

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and approve content before publication or sending. Postsie does not promise reach, engagement, revenue, legal compliance, or any other performance result.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the rules of each connected platform. Postsie may restrict activity as needed to protect customers, providers, or the service.

8. Messaging and the unified inbox (planned feature)

The unified inbox is a planned feature that is not yet available. This section applies once it becomes available and you use it. When you use the unified inbox, Postsie displays and lets you respond to messages sent to your connected accounts, at your direction. You are the sender of every message sent through Postsie and must comply with each platform’s messaging policies, including rules on messaging windows, permitted message types, and recipient opt-outs. Recipients who opt out of messages from your account must not be messaged again through Postsie. Message data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including deletion of Postsie’s stored copy when a participant deletes a message on the platform.

9. Third-party services

Meta, Google, Anthropic, Stripe, Amazon SES, Laravel Cloud, Laravel Nightwatch, and — when TikTok support becomes available — TikTok operate independently under their own terms. Their availability, platform rules, and decisions can affect Postsie functionality. Naming them does not imply provider endorsement.

10. Trial, billing, and renewal

Postsie offers the subscription plans shown on the pricing page at postsie.com: Starter at $9 USD/month or $86 USD/year, Growth at $29 USD/month or $278 USD/year, and Pro at $79 USD/month or $758 USD/year. Each plan is billed monthly or annually according to the billing period you choose; annual billing is discounted by 20% and renews yearly. Plan features are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.

The 14-day trial requires a card, costs $0 during the trial, and converts to the selected plan and billing period and renews automatically unless cancelled. Prices include any applicable taxes. Stripe handles card details; those details do not reach Postsie systems.

11. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation before trial conversion prevents the first charge. Paid cancellation prevents renewal and normally preserves access through the recorded period end. Paid charges are normally non-refundable and non-prorated, subject to duplicate or incorrect charges, material non-delivery, mandatory law, and the withdrawal rights of EU/EEA and UK consumers. The complete rules appear in the Refund and Cancellation Policy (postsie.com/legal/refund-policy).

12. Payment failure and read-only access

A failed renewal starts a 72-hour payment grace period. After it ends, new AI features, uploads, scheduling, publishing, and (when the unified inbox is available) message sending stop; historical data, drafts, and any received messages remain readable, and scheduled work is paused rather than silently published.

13. Suspension, termination, and deletion

Postsie may restrict or suspend access for serious misuse or security risk and may terminate accounts where continued service cannot safely or lawfully be provided. Customers may disconnect providers and request account deletion through the published Data Deletion Instructions (postsie.com/legal/data-deletion).

Required financial records and anonymised audit records may remain only for their applicable retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual property

Postsie software, branding, and service materials belong to UAB Gildium or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer that intellectual property to customers. Your ownership of your content is addressed separately above.

15. Service changes and availability

Features can change as the service develops. Material contractual changes require appropriate notice. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised, including where force majeure or independent-provider events prevent performance.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Postsie is provided “as is” and “as available”, and UAB Gildium disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the same extent, UAB Gildium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, and UAB Gildium’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable privacy, consumer, conformity, withdrawal, or other statutory rights.

17. Governing law and contact

Lithuanian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the dispute-resolution options available under their national law. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@postsie.com, billing questions to billing@postsie.com, and support questions to support@postsie.com.
