Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 21 August 2026. Last updated: 3 September 2026.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Postsie subscription plans shown on the pricing page at postsie.com — Starter at $9 USD/month or $86 USD/year, Growth at $29 USD/month or $278 USD/year, and Pro at $79 USD/month or $758 USD/year, billed monthly or annually according to the billing period you choose — and to the 14-day trial that precedes them. The trial requires a card, costs $0 during the trial, and converts automatically to the selected plan and billing period unless cancelled before conversion. Stripe processes payments; card details never reach Postsie systems.

2. Cancelling during the trial

You can cancel at any time before the trial converts, in your account’s billing settings or by emailing billing@postsie.com. Cancelling in the app cancels the subscription in Stripe immediately. Cancelling before conversion means the first charge is never made. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial end shown in your billing settings so the cancellation is recorded before the conversion attempt.

3. Cancelling a paid subscription

Cancelling a paid subscription stops the next renewal; the cancellation takes effect in Stripe immediately. Your access normally continues until the recorded end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription then ends without further charges. You can manage your payment details and invoices in the Stripe billing portal, reached from your account’s billing settings. Cancellation does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period.

4. Refunds

Postsie is a digital service, and paid charges are normally non-refundable and non-prorated. Refunds are given only with cause. We will refund:

  • duplicate charges or charges made in error, including billing-system mistakes;
  • charges for a period in which Postsie materially failed to deliver the service;
  • any amount that mandatory law in your country requires us to refund, including the withdrawal rights in section 5.

Request a refund by emailing billing@postsie.com within 30 days of the charge, from the email on your account, stating the charge and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.

5. EU/EEA and UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Because the Postsie trial is free for its first 14 days, withdrawing during the trial simply means you are never charged.

By starting your subscription, you expressly request that the service begin immediately rather than after the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw within 14 days of the start of your first paid period, you will be refunded the amount paid, reduced proportionately for the part of the period during which the service was provided before you told us you were withdrawing. Renewals of the same subscription do not start a new withdrawal period. To withdraw, email billing@postsie.com with an unequivocal statement that you withdraw from the contract; you may, but do not have to, use the model withdrawal form under Directive 2011/83/EU. This section does not limit any other non-waivable right you have under the law of your country.

6. Failed payments and read-only access

A failed renewal starts a 72-hour payment grace period during which Postsie retries the charge and you can update your payment method. After the grace period ends, new AI features, uploads, scheduling, publishing, and (when the unified inbox is available) message sending stop; your historical data, drafts, and any received messages remain readable, and scheduled work is paused rather than silently published. Updating your payment method restores full access.

7. Taxes

Prices shown on the pricing page include any applicable taxes, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Refunds are calculated on the amount you paid.
